Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Techno-Commercial Manager with strong knowledge of cattle feed, animal nutrition, dairy farming and field-level technical support.
The role will act as a bridge between the company's technical expertise, sales team and dairy farmers by ensuring that product-related and nutritional issues are understood, addressed and resolved effectively in the field.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support related to cattle feed and animal nutrition.
Resolve technical issues relating to feed, product performance and farmer requirements.
Provide technical and product-related support to the sales team.
Visit dairy farms and understand field-level nutritional and product-related challenges.
Address farmer complaints and provide appropriate technical solutions.
Monitor field-level technical activities.
Ensure effective implementation of technical recommendations.




Support the sales team during important farmer meetings and customer interactions.
Help communicate product benefits and technical information effectively to farmers and customers.
Gather farmer feedback and field observations to support product and market development.
Work closely with the sales team to strengthen relationships with large and progressive dairy farmers.
Preferred Candidate Profile
5–10 years of relevant experience.
Robust experience in the Cattle Feed / Animal Nutrition / Dairy Nutrition sector.
Strong practical understanding of dairy farming and cattle nutrition.
Ability to diagnose field-level feed and product-performance issues.
Strong communication and farmer-handling skills.
Ability to work closely with sales teams and translate technical knowledge into practical field solutions.
Experience with reputed Indian or multinational animal nutrition companies will be preferred.
