Role Description The Business Development Manager role at Creator’s Crew is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing recent business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and expanding the agency’s portfolio across event solutions, influencer marketing, and brand campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, preparing and delivering client presentations and proposals, negotiating contracts,



and collaborating with internal teams to design tailored solutions. The Business Development Manager will monitor market trends, track competitor activity, and maintain an active sales pipeline, while providing regular reporting on performance metrics and revenue growth. The role also involves representing the company at meetings, events, and industry forums to strengthen brand presence and drive strategic partnerships.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within marketing, events, or media sectors.
Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder communication.
Ability to understand brand marketing, influencer campaigns, and event solutions to propose relevant services to clients.
Competence in lead generation, pipeline management, and use of CRM or sales tracking tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
