Rapid Results Program, which helps to quickly and effectively assess business process management risks and identify key areas impeding performance





How You Will Contribute

Accounting Advisory:
Maintain up-to-date expertise in US GAAP / IFRS, lead technical accounting assessments on complex areas (revenue, leases, credit losses, consolidations) draft policy/position memos and advise leadership/auditors on conclusions.
Build and review financial models to evaluate accounting treatments and their impacts - quantify P&L;, balance sheet, and cash flow effects and perform scenario/sensitivity analyses to inform management decisions.
Diagnose EBITDA volatility and unexpected results to identify non-recurring items and post-close late journals, implement corrective actions, and stabilize the close by instituting appropriate controls.
Optimize and advise on record to report processes (close, consolidation, intercompany, reconciliations, disclosure) and design/enhance ICFR/SOX controls (risk assessment, control design/testing, remediation), establish policy
