About the Role

This is not a conventional sales role.

As the Founder's Associate – Technology Commercialization, you will work closely with the leadership team to help commercialize advanced technologies by building relationships with customers, research institutions, industry partners, and government organizations. You will gain hands-on experience in technology commercialization, business development, strategic partnerships, and market development.
This role is ideal for engineers who are curious, entrepreneurial,



enjoy interacting with people, and want to build a career at the intersection of engineering, innovation, and business.

Key Responsibilities
Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities.
Build relationships with research institutions, universities, industries, government organizations, and strategic partners.
Understand customer requirements and communicate technical solutions effectively.
Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer meetings.
Prepare technical proposals, quotations, grant applications, and tender responses.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Gather customer feedback and work with engineering teams to improve products.
Represent PrenishQ at conferences, exhibitions, workshops, and industry events.
Support strategic collaborations and technology commercialization initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

BE/ B.Tech /MSc / M.Tech degree in Physics,
