Koch is seeking a Manager, IT Infrastructure - LAN, Wireless & Identity Services to lead a team responsible for designing, implementing, supporting, and continuously improving secure, reliable, and scalable enterprise network services. This role will develop people and organizational capability, translate business priorities into focused execution, and ensure resources are directed toward the highest-value opportunities.

Our Team

You will lead a team of network engineers and technical specialists supporting LAN, wireless, and identity services across Koch businesses. The team partners closely with Architecture, Cybersecurity, Operations, and business stakeholders to modernize infrastructure, strengthen service reliability, and improve customer experience.

What You Will Do

People Leadership & Capability Development

Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of network engineers and technical specialists.
Build an engaged, high-performing team culture grounded in accountability, ownership, and continuous learning.
Conduct performance management, career development,



succession planning, and talent assessments.
Ensure team members have opportunities to grow technical expertise, leadership capability, and business knowledge.
Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Operations teams.
Align individual strengths and comparative advantages to maximize value creation.

Strategy, Planning & Prioritization

Partner with business, architecture, and technology leaders to establish priorities and align resources to the highest-value opportunities.
Translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps and execution plans.
Balance delivery commitments, technical debt reduction, modernization efforts, and operational needs.
Guide investment decisions based on business outcomes, risk reduction, and long-term value creation.
Drive organizational alignment across multiple stakeholder groups.
