We are currently building our core technology team in Gurugram and are looking for a strong Backend Developer with Full-Stack Python experience who enjoys building products from the ground up and taking ownership of architecture, development, deployment, and scalability.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Python Backend Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing scalable applications, APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and production systems.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the backend stack and should also have an understanding of frontend integration, AI APIs, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and modern application architecture.
As an early engineering team member,



you will work closely with the founders, AI developers, Flutter developers, UI/UX designers, and product team.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable backend applications using Python and FastAPI
Build secure and high-performance REST APIs and WebSocket services
Design and optimize relational databases using PostgreSQL
Work with Redis, Vector Databases, and other contemporary data stores
Develop authentication, authorization, user management, and role-based access systems
Integrate AI/LLM APIs and AI-powered services into the CYURÆ platform
Work closely with the AI team on recommendation, personalization, image-processing, and fashion-intelligence workflows
Build backend services for mobile applications developed in Flutter
Work with frontend technologies when required and support full-stack product development
Integrate third-party APIs, payment systems, notification services, analytics, and exter
