Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in training coordination, content development, and training delivery. Responsibilities

Training Coordination:

Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and align programs with organizational goals.




Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue setup, and participant communication.
Manage training calendars, ensuring timely delivery of programs and tracking attendance.

Content Development

Design and develop engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and multimedia content.
Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge.

Training Delivery

Facilitate training sessions for employees at all levels, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
