Role Description The Manager Production Planning and Control is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. The role involves leading production planning activities, preparing and monitoring production schedules,



and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of manufacturing orders. The manager oversees resource allocation, material availability, and workflow optimization to meet delivery commitments and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include analyzing production performance data, identifying bottlenecks, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining documentation related to planning and control processes. The role also requires close collaboration with procurement, quality, and operations to support continuous improvement and cost-effective manufacturing.
