Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Rajkot, responsible for overseeing all core HR functions. Day-to-day tasks include managing recruitment and selection processes, onboarding new team members, and supporting workforce planning. The role also involves administering employee relations, handling performance management cycles,



and coordinating learning and development initiatives. The Human Resources Manager will maintain HR policies and procedures, ensure compliance with labor laws, and manage HR documentation and HRIS records. In addition, this role will partner with leadership to support organizational culture, employee engagement, and continuous improvement in HR practices.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in core HR management functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Skills in HR operations and compliance, such as HR policy implementation, HRIS or HR software usage, documentation, and knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Proficiency in communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management to effectively collaborate with employees, managers, and leadership.
