Role Description The Placement Coordinator is responsible for connecting learners with relevant job opportunities and supporting them through the placement process. This on-site role, based in Hyderabad,



includes building and maintaining relationships with hiring partners, scheduling and organizing recruitment drives, and coordinating interviews and employer interactions. The Placement Coordinator tracks learner progress, helps participants prepare for resumes, portfolios, and interviews, and provides feedback to improve their job readiness. The role also involves maintaining accurate placement records, generating placement reports, and collaborating with training teams to align curriculum outcomes with industry needs.
Qualifications
Ability to build and manage relationships with employers, recruiters, and industry partners.
Solid coordination and organizational skills for scheduling drives, interviews, and events.
Excellent communication skills for guiding learners on resumes, interviews, and professional etiquette.
