We are looking for an experienced Infor CloudSuite Administrator with strong expertise in Infor LN administration and hands-on experience managing Infor CloudSuite environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ERP administration, integrations, security, environment management, and cloud/hybrid ERP landscapes.

The candidate should be capable of providing technical guidance across DEV, TEST, and PROD environments, enforcing administration standards, troubleshooting issues, and mentoring team members.

Experience

5–8 years of overall experience.
5+ years of Infor LN Administration experience.
3+ years of Infor CloudSuite administration experience is mandatory.
Experience working in cloud or hybrid ERP environments.

Key Technical Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Infor ERP LN / Infor CloudSuite.
In-depth understanding of Infor LN administration and environment management.
Experience managing DEV, TEST, and PROD environments.
Solid knowledge of ION integrations and ION Desk.
Understanding of API Gateway concepts and integration troubleshooting.




Experience with user access, roles, security models, and identity integration.
Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID / SSO.
Experience with job management, system monitoring, error handling, and troubleshooting.
Exposure to Factory Track configuration and administration.
Exposure to Infor Document Management (IDM) configuration.
Knowledge of release management, versioning, and controlled promotion of changes.
Experience with hybrid environments involving Enterprise Connector, LN Transfer Services, and Data Lake.
Understanding of coordination and issue resolution with Infor Cloud Ops.
