Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Officer role based in Kolkata, responsible for overseeing sales activities across regions including Medinipur, Dakshin Dinajpur, Alipurduar, Cooch Behar, East and West Burdhaman, and Murshidabad.



The role involves managing and expanding the dealer and distributor network, driving sales volumes for Kamdhenu products, and ensuring strong market presence in assigned territories. The Sales Officer will conduct regular market visits, generate and follow up on leads, maintain relationships with channel partners, and provide customer service support to resolve inquiries and issues. Daily responsibilities include tracking sales performance, coordinating with internal teams for supply and logistics, implementing promotional strategies, and preparing reports on market trends and competitor activities. The role requires proactive engagement with stakeholders, adherence to company policies, and consistent achievement of sales targets.
Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in Sales Operations and Channel Sales, ideally within building materials, steel, or related industries.
