Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Udhampur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for meeting and engaging with dealers, retailers, and project customers to promote Berger Paints’ product portfolio and achieve sales targets.



The role involves managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, executing local sales and marketing initiatives, and ensuring product availability and visibility in the assigned territory. The Sales Executive will track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, sharing insights with internal teams to support better decision-making. Daily tasks include field visits, preparing sales reports, coordinating with logistics and finance stakeholders, and maintaining strong, skilled relationships with partners in the market.
Qualifications
Strong sales and relationship management skills, with the ability to build and sustain partnerships with dealers, retailers, and project customers.
Proficiency in territory management, market research, and basic data analysis to identify growth opportunities and track performance.
