Role Description The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) will support plant operations and engineering functions at the Suratgarh on-site location in a full time capacity. Responsibilities include assisting senior engineers in monitoring production processes, conducting routine inspections,



and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards. The trainee will help analyze process data, participate in maintenance planning, and contribute to troubleshooting equipment and operational issues. The role also involves preparing technical reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and learning standard operating procedures and best practices in cement manufacturing. Over time, the GET will be expected to take on increasing responsibility and contribute to efficiency improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in engineering principles, preferably with a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, or Production Engineering from a recognized institution.
