About the Role

We are looking for an Event-Led GTM & Growth Intern who can turn events and networking opportunities into leads, relationships, partnerships and revenue.
This is not just an event-execution role.
You will work across Growth, Business Development, Community, Partnerships and Events, interacting with founders, CXOs, investors, sponsors and senior business leaders.




What You Will Do1. Event-Led Growth
Support execution of HighTable mixers, roundtables, conferences and ecosystem events.
Identify relevant founders, CXOs, investors and decision-makers for each event.
Drive registrations, confirmations and attendance.
Build and maintain targeted attendee databases.
Engage with participants before, during and after events.
Convert event interactions into meaningful business conversations.
2. Lead Generation & GTM
Research companies, startups, founders and senior decision-makers.
Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and calling.
Understand client requirements and identify potential HighTable solutions.
Support the team in creating prospect lists and outreach campaigns.
Schedule client meetings and discovery calls.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up trackers.
3. Partnerships & Business Development
