E-commerce Manager – Amazon USA & India

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented E-commerce Manager to manage and grow our bed-linen business on Amazon USA and Amazon India.
The selected candidate will take ownership of product planning, current product launches, listing optimization, pricing, advertising, inventory management, and overall marketplace performance. This role will work closely with our management, production, design, logistics, and finance teams.
Success in this position means launching profitable products, maintaining healthy inventory, improving organic ranking and advertising performance, and achieving sustainable sales growth in both the USA and Indian markets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the Amazon growth strategy for the USA and India markets.




Conduct product, keyword, competitor, pricing, and market-demand research.
Plan and launch new bed-linen products, including bedsheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, comforters, mattress protectors, and related products.
Create and optimize product listings, titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, images, and A+ Content.
Manage Amazon Seller Central accounts and monitor overall account health.
Plan inventory requirements based on sales forecasts, lead times, seasonal demand, and promotional activities.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to maintain appropriate inventory levels and prevent stock-outs or excess stock.
Manage Amazon PPC campaigns, advertising budgets, bids, keywords, and campaign profitability.
Monitor sales, conversion rates, advertising costs, organic ranking, profit margins, and other key performance indicators.
Develop pricing, discount, coupon, and promotional strategies.
