Role Description The Section in charge – COE (Safety) is responsible for driving safety excellence and compliance across operations in india. This role oversees the implementation and continuous improvement of safety standards, procedures,



and best practices within the Center of Excellence (COE), working closely with operations, maintenance, and leadership teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring safety performance, coordinating safety audits and inspections, analyzing incident trends, and supporting corrective and preventive actions. The role also involves planning and delivering safety training programs, promoting a proactive safety culture, and ensuring alignment with corporate Environment, Health and Safety policies and regulatory requirements. The Section in charge – COE (Safety) collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate safety into all operational decisions and initiatives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Health & Safety and Setting Health and Safety (EHS) skills, with experience in implementing safety frameworks in industrial or manufacturing environments.
