About DeskNova DeskNova is an all-in-one helpdesk and IT service management (ITSM) platform for growing teams. We bring customer support, IT asset management, and employee onboarding into one simple tool — without the enterprise price tag. We're an early-stage, rapid-moving product company, and this is a chance to get in early and learn how B2B SaaS sales really works.
The role We're looking for a driven Sales Intern to help us grow our customer base. You'll own the top of the sales process — reaching out to potential customers and showing them what DeskNova can do. This is a hands-on role with real ownership: your work directly drives new customers, and you'll earn commission on the deals you help close.
What you'll do
Reach out to potential customers via email, LinkedIn, and calls
Identify and research businesses that would benefit from DeskNova (IT teams, growing SMBs, schools, service teams)
Run product demos — walk prospects through DeskNova and show how it solves their problems
Follow up with interested leads and help move them toward signing up




Keep track of your pipeline and share what's working with the founder
Bring ideas — we're small, so your input on messaging and targeting genuinely matters
What we're looking for
Strong written and spoken English communication
Comfortable reaching out to strangers and starting conversations (this is the core of the role)
Self-motivated and organized — you'll be working remotely with real independence
Curious about technology and B2B software; willing to learn the product deeply
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (business, marketing, IT, or any field — attitude matters more than subject)
Bonus: any prior sales, customer-facing, or startup experience
