Summary:
UST is looking for an experienced IAM/AI Engineer to design, implement, and operate AI-driven identity and access management solutions. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in IAM, PAM, automation, and AI technologies to build intelligent workflows that automate identity governance and security operations while ensuring solid compliance, security, and human oversight.

Key Responsibilities
AI-Driven Identity Automation
Design and develop intelligent, agentic workflows to automate identity lifecycle and governance processes, including:
Access requests and approvals
Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) scenarios and exception handling
Access certifications and entitlement reviews
Policy enforcement and compliance validation
Build scalable automation using APIs, connectors, scripts, and workflow orchestration tools.
AI-Powered Access Governance & Risk Analytics
Leverage AI/ML capabilities to analyze identity, entitlement, privileged access, and activity data.
Recommend access decisions and approval actions based on contextual risk analysis.
Detect anomalies, excessive privileges, toxic combinations, and high-risk access patterns.
Provide actionable insights to improve governance and security posture.
