Role Description The Sales Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing sales and marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing marketing campaigns, managing digital and offline promotional activities, coordinating with retail and distribution partners, and tracking sales performance against targets.



The Sales Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with product, design, and operations teams to align campaigns with brand positioning and launch plans. The role also involves market research, competitor analysis, and regular reporting to leadership on key performance metrics and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
Strong sales and marketing skills, including experience with campaign planning, brand positioning, and revenue-focused strategy.
Proficiency in digital marketing practices, such as social media management, performance marketing, and content-driven customer engagement.
Experience with retail or FMCG environments, preferably in skincare, beauty, or wellness, and familiarity with distribution and merchandising.
