Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Dwarka. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, nurture leads, and build strong relationships with clients across target industries.



Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, providing accurate forecasts, and representing EASY SERVE Communication at meetings, events, and client engagements. The Business Development Manager is expected to proactively contribute to revenue growth and help expand the company’s footprint in CPaaS and communication solutions.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or account management in technology, telecom, SaaS, or CPaaS domains.
Solid skills in lead generation, pipeline management, prospecting, and relationship building with corporate clients.
