Role Description The Service Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Service Engineer will install, configure, and maintain surgical devices and OR integration systems at client locations, ensuring equipment and software function reliably and efficiently.



Daily responsibilities include performing preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosing technical issues, and providing timely field service support. The role also involves coordinating with internal technical teams, documenting service activities, and training end users on proper operation and basic troubleshooting. The Service Engineer will interact regularly with hospital and clinic staff, maintain transparent communication, and uphold safety, quality, and compliance standards during all service activities.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose and resolve equipment and system issues efficiently.
