We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager to drive internal strategic initiatives, improve cross-functional execution, strengthen program governance, and create greater predictability across teams.
This is primarily an internal-facing role, working across Delivery, Engineering, Architecture, Product, Pre-Sales, Sales, Operations, and Leadership. The goal is to improve internal execution and operational effectiveness, ultimately enabling stronger customer outcomes.

You will bring structure to complex programs, improve visibility, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure teams stay aligned on priorities, ownership, and outcomes.
What You’ll Do
First 30 Days: Understand & Align
Understand GoML’s business, technology offerings, delivery model,
and internal processes.
Build relationships across Delivery, Engineering, Product, Architecture, Operations, and Leadership.
Review active programs, priorities, dashboards, risks, resource plans, and dependencies.
Identify gaps in planning, ownership, communication, governance, and cross-team coordination.
Establish clear visibility into program health and key execution challenges.
First 60 Days: Drive Execution
Own planning and execution across multiple internal programs and cross-functional initiatives.
Define transparent workstreams, milestones, deliverables, owners, dependencies, and success metrics.
Drive alignment across Engineering, Delivery, Product, QA, DevOps, Data, and other teams.
Track program health, timelines, risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and key decisions.
Proactively identify blockers and drive mitigation and closure.
