We are now looking for a Social Media & Account Manager who can take complete ownership of assigned client accounts — from planning and coordination to approvals, publishing, analytics and reporting.
This is not only a social media posting role.
You will be responsible for making sure every client's work is planned, organised, tracked and delivered on time.
What You'll Be Doing
Take complete day-to-day ownership of assigned client accounts.
Understand each client's business, audience,



objectives and communication requirements.
Develop monthly social media strategies and content plans.
Build and maintain monthly content calendars.
Plan campaigns, reels, carousels, static posts, stories and topical content.
Brief content writers, designers and video editors clearly.
Assign internal timelines for copy, design, review, client approval and publishing.
Track every deliverable and ensure deadlines are adhered to.
Follow up internally before deadlines rather than after work becomes delayed.
Manage client feedback, approvals, revisions and communication professionally.
Ensure creatives meet quality, brand and content standards before being sent to the client.
Schedule and publish approved content across relevant platforms.
Ensure captions, tags, links, formats, ratios and publishing details are correct.
Keep track of upcoming campaigns, launches, festivals, events and client requirements.
