Role Description The Sr. Paid Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across digital platforms. This role involves developing comprehensive media strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring campaigns are aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines. The Sr. Paid Media Manager will analyze campaign performance data, generate insights, and present clear reports and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with creative, performance marketing, and tech teams, leading media planning discussions, testing new media channels, and maintaining strong relationships with platform representatives. The role also requires staying current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously improve ROI and overall campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
Strong skills in media planning and media strategy, with experience designing and executing multi-channel paid media campaigns.




Excellent communication and public relations abilities to collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
Knowledge of new media channels and emerging platforms, with a track record of testing and scaling innovative paid media opportunities.
Proficiency in performance analysis and reporting, including use of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards) to optimize campaigns.
Demonstrated experience managing significant media budgets and driving ROI-focused outcomes in digital marketing or related fields.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent skilled experience.
Experience leading or mentoring team members, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Familiarity with branding principles, conversion rate optimization, and cross-channel marketing strategies is highly beneficial.
