About the Role

We're looking for an Affiliate / Performance Marketing Manager to manage and scale mobile app acquisition campaigns across global markets. If you're passionate about performance marketing, data-driven optimization, and building strong partner relationships, we'd love to hear from you.





Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize CPA, CPI, CPL, CPE, and other performance-based mobile app campaigns.
Identify, onboard, and manage high-quality publishers and affiliate partners.
Coordinate with advertisers to understand campaign goals, KPIs, budgets, and traffic requirements.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on conversion rates, ROI/ROAS, retention, revenue, and other key metrics.
Work with Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, and Singular.

What We're Looking For

0.6–1 year of experience in Affiliate or Performance Marketing.
Hands-on experience with affiliate networks, publishers, advertisers, and mobile app acquisition campaigns.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns using performance data.
Experience with MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, or Singular is preferred.
Excellent communication and relation
