About the Role
BAOIAM is looking for a creative and motivated Video Editor Intern to join our Marketing Department. The intern will work closely with the marketing and content team to create engaging short-form and long-form video content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, advertisements, campaigns, and other digital platforms.
This is a performance-based internship. During the first month, your work quality, creativity, turnaround time, consistency, and ability to understand brand requirements will be evaluated. Based on performance, the stipend can be up to ₹10,000/month.
Key Responsibilities
Edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, ads, and marketing creatives.
Convert raw footage into polished, engaging, and platform-ready content.
Add captions, subtitles, transitions,



motion graphics, sound effects, background music, and visual elements.
Create videos according to BAOIAM's brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Collaborate with the Marketing, Social Media, Content, and Graphic Design teams.
Support video creation for course launches, campaigns, student testimonials, UGC, brand awareness, and promotional activities.
Research current video trends, editing styles, hooks, transitions, and formats.
Deliver multiple iterations based on feedback and campaign requirements.
Maintain organized project files, raw footage, assets, and final exports.
Ensure timely delivery of assigned video projects.
What We Are Looking For
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of short-form video content and social media trends.
Good sense of storytelling, pacing, transitions, music, and visua
