What This Role Is About
Winning a client is one thing. Keeping them, growing them, and turning them into Bassline's most vocal advocates is another and that's exactly what this role is about.

As Key Accounts Manager, you'll own Bassline's most important client relationships. You'll be the single point of contact for key accounts across both corporate and government segments, the person they call first when a new project is on the horizon, and the person who makes sure every existing engagement is running smoothly. Your goal isn't just retention, it's expansion. Every key account should be spending more with Bassline this year than they did last year.

What You'll Own
Key Account Ownership
Own a defined portfolio of Bassline's highest-value clients. Understand their business, their upcoming projects, their internal stakeholders, and their pain points better than any competitor does. Be the person they think of first when AV comes up.

Revenue Expansion
Drive revenue growth within existing accounts — identifying new project opportunities, cross-selling services, proposing upgrades,



and ensuring AMC renewals happen on time and at the right value. Expansion revenue from key accounts is your primary KPI.

Cold Calling & Current Account Acquisition
While your core focus is existing accounts, you'll also prospect and acquire new key accounts — targeting organisations with large, multi-site AV requirements. Strong cold calling and outreach skills are essential.

Relationship Management at Multiple Levels
Build relationships across multiple levels of each client organisation — not just the single point of contact who gave you the last project. When that person moves roles, your relationship with Bassline should be unshaken because you've invested in the organisation, not just the individual.

Client Satisfaction & Issue Resolution
