Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building relationships with individual and corporate clients in the travel and tourism sector. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential markets, initiating and following up on sales inquiries,



preparing proposals and travel solutions, and managing client accounts to ensure repeat business and referrals. The Business Development Executive will collaborate with operations and travel planning teams to align client requirements with curated journeys, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and support marketing initiatives, events, and partnerships to expand Vayu Meridian’s presence.
Qualifications
Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify opportunities and convert prospects into clients.
Solid understanding of Business and Account Management to maintain client relationships, negotiate terms, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and qualified client interaction.
