? Key Skills & Experience
6–10 years of SAP HCM Testing experience
Strong expertise in SAP HCM Time Management & Payroll
Hands-on testing of PCRs, Payroll Schemas & custom ABAP reports/objects
Experience with Time Evaluation (RPTIME00), Quota Processing (RPTQTA00) & Retroactive Payroll
Strong experience in Regression, SIT & UAT testing
Hands-on experience with TOSCA or similar SAP test automation tools
Experience in JIRA, Agile & Delivery
Strong defect management, test data management & documentation skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
? Valuable to Have
S/4HANA HCM
Fiori/OData testing
SAP HCM integrations with third-party/ServiceNow-type systems
Collective agreement/union & non-union testing
SAP HCM Functional Certification
