? Must-Have Skills
Atlassian Solution Architecture experience
Solid Jira, JSM & Confluence administration
Hands-on experience with Atlassian REST APIs
Experience in Atlassian tools optimization
Hands-on experience with Atlassian Rovo AI
Strong problem-solving and independent decision-making skills
Genuine interest and hands-on initiative in AI & automation
Strong ownership mindset for the Atlassian platform
Ability to identify issues, propose solutions and drive them independently
Comfortable making decisions and escalating only when required
