Client Acquisition Manager

✅Conduct 1:1 discovery and consultation calls with candidates to understand their career goals, experience, challenges, and job-search gaps.

✅Conduct cohort/group calls and confidently present TJW’s programs and methodology.

✅Follow up with leads through WhatsApp, calls, email and other channels and maintain a strong follow-up cadence.

✅Close qualified candidates quickly, ideally within the same day or a very short turnaround from the first consultation.

✅Understand different job profiles, functions, industries and seniority levels to have credible conversations with candidates.

✅Research hiring trends, job-market requirements and role expectations across UAE/GCC and other relevant markets.

✅Analyse candidate profiles and identify where they need support—CV, LinkedIn, positioning, networking, interview preparation, job-search strategy, etc.

✅Create and deliver qualified presentations, candidate decks and program presentations.

✅Use AI tools extensively for research, productivity, presentations, documentation, lead preparation and follow-ups.





✅Maintain accurate CRM/lead records and ensure no qualified lead falls through the cracks.

✅Work closely with the Success Coaching and Program Delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover after conversion.

✅Track conversion metrics such as lead-to-call, call-to-enrolment, follow-up conversion, revenue and turnaround time.
