Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Experience required: 2-5 years
CTC: Rs 4.20 lakh to 7.5 Lakh, depending on practical skills and experience
Reports to: Head (Business Operations)

You have 2-5 years of relevant experience in credit, lending, banking, an NBFC, a CA firm, debt advisory or loan operations.
You have prepared CMA data and financial projections independently.
You can understand a profit and loss account, balance sheet, GST returns, bank statements and existing loan statements.
You are comfortable doing both financial analysis and case coordination.
You are willing to work from our Pune office, Monday to Saturday.
You are comfortable with occasional visits to bank branches in Pune.

Please do not apply if:
You are a fresher with no relevant practical experience.
Your experience is only in sales, tele-calling or lead generation.
Your experience is limited to bookkeeping, GST filing or income-tax-return filing.




You have never prepared or worked on CMA data or financial projections for complex projects.
You are looking for a work-from-home or five-day position.
You want a purely desk-based analyst role with no client, accountant or lender coordination.

Business mandates generally begin at Rs 5 Crore, and Finansh works across a network of 18+ lending institutions.

This is an in-house position with direct exposure to the Founder and Head of Business Operations.
