Role Description The Country Head Sales and Business Development is a full time remote role responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships across the country. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts. The Country Head will oversee sales planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring,



while guiding regional teams to achieve sales targets and improve market penetration. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing key customer accounts, analyzing market trends and competitor activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams on product launches and promotions, and preparing regular business reports for leadership. The role also includes mentoring and coaching sales teams, refining sales processes, and ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term business objectives.
