Role: Motor Design Engineer

Location: Euler Motors, Delhi

Technical Skills Required:

Key Responsibilities:
● Design and develop electric motors (PMSM, Induction and SynRM) for performance, efficiency,
cost and manufacturability.
● Perform electromagnetic, thermal and mechanical analysis using tools such as ANSYS Maxwell,
Motor-CAD, or similar.
● Lead or contribute to the prototyping, testing and validation of motor designs.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including power electronics, mechanical design and
manufacturing.
● Support failure analysis, root cause investigation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related
field.
● 2+ years of hands-on experience in motor design and development.
● Proficiency in FEA tools for electromagnetic and thermal analysis.
● Solid understanding of motor control principles and performance characteristics.
● Experience in prototyping, testing and validating electric motors.
● Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
