Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manual Tester with a strong background in manual testing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in software testing, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products. You will be responsible for ensuring that our applications meet the highest standards of quality and performance through rigorous testing methodologies.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements.
Perform thorough manual testing of web and mobile applications to identify defects and ensure quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to understand requirements and provide feedback.
Document test results, report bugs, and track issues using appropriate tools.
Participate in test planning and strategy discussions to improve testing processes.




Conduct regression testing and ensure that existing functionality is not affected by recent changes.
Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on best testing practices.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies.
Mandatory Skills
Strong expertise in Manual Testing, including test case design, execution, and defect tracking.
Proficient in using testing tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar for bug tracking.
Excellent understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
Ability to analyze requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred Skills
Experience with automation testing tools is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams.
Knowledge of performance testing and security testing.
Experience in testing APIs and web services.
