Role Description The Technical Support Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This position is responsible for providing technical assistance to customers, diagnosing and resolving software, hardware, and network-related issues, and ensuring timely resolution of support tickets. The role involves responding to inquiries via phone, email,



and chat, guiding users through step-by-step solutions, and documenting issues and resolutions in the support system. The specialist will collaborate with development and product teams to escalate complex issues, contribute to knowledge base articles, and identify recurring problems to improve products and services.
