Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with
8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing
scalable cloud and DevOps solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong
expertise in Kubernetes, GitOps, Terraform, Azure, GCP, and CI/CD, along
with solid architectural and technical leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and
maintain scalable, secure, and highly available DevOps and cloud
infrastructure.

- Architect and manage Kubernetes environments for containerized applications.

- Implement and maintain GitOps practices for automated and controlled application and infrastructure
deployments.

- Develop and manage
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.

- Design and support cloud
solutions across Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Build, enhance, and
maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to enable automated build, testing,
deployment, and release processes.

- Collaborate with
Development, QA, Security, and Architecture teams to improve software
delivery and operational efficiency.

- Establish DevOps best
practices for monitoring, logging, security, scalability, reliability, and
disaster recovery.

- Troubleshoot complex
infrastructure, deployment, and production issues.

- Participate in
infrastructure and application architecture discussions and provide
recommendations for scalable technical solutions.

- Lead and mentor DevOps
engineers and provide technical guidance to team members.

- Drive DevOps automation




initiatives and continuously improve engineering processes and platform
reliability.

- Ensure adherence to
security, governance, and compliance standards across cloud environments.

Requirements

Required Skills

- 8+ years of overall
experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or related
areas.

- Strong hands-on
expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration.

- Proven experience
implementing GitOps methodologies and deployment workflows.

- Strong experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

- Hands-on experience with Azure and GCP cloud platforms.

- Strong knowledge of
designing and managing CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience with cloud
infrastructure architecture, scalability, high availability, and security.

- Strong understanding of
DevOps tools, automation, source control, and release management.

- Ability to troubleshoot
complex cloud, infrastructure, and deployment issues.

- Experience in technical
architecture and solution design.

- Demonstrated leadership
skills, including mentoring engineers and driving technical
initiatives.

- Excellent communication,
problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Docker
and containerized application deployments.

- Knowledge of monitoring
and observability tools.

- Experience implementing
DevSecOps practices.

- Relevant Azure, GCP,
Kubernetes, or Terraform certifications would be an added advantage.

- Experience working in
Agile/Scrum environments.
