Role Description The Key Account Executive is a full-time remote role responsible for managing and growing strategic client relationships across PPStack’s education, career, and digital solutions portfolio. This role involves overseeing a portfolio of key accounts,



understanding client needs, and aligning PPStack offerings such as AI-powered learning, corporate training, and digital branding services to achieve client objectives. The Key Account Executive will conduct regular account reviews, develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts in collaboration with internal teams. Day-to-day activities include coordinating with product, content, and delivery teams to ensure high-quality service, monitoring account performance and satisfaction, and addressing issues proactively. The role also includes identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts, contributing to sales forecasts, maintaining accurate CRM records, and representing PPStack in client meetings, virtual events, and stakeholder presentations.
