Where relationships spark opportunities. And you turn them into growth.
At Wife, we believe excellent work deserves the right stage, which is why we partner with brands and agencies to create films, campaigns, stories and much more that travel far and wide, long before the cameras even roll.
We’re looking for someone who understands that business development isn’t just about selling, it’s about spotting the right opportunities, starting the right conversations, and building relationships that lead to meaningful work.
Someone who can identify possibilities, nurture connections, and confidently take an opportunity from the first introduction all the way to the final handshake.

Work closely with internal teams across creative, strategy, and production to shape proposals and solutions that respond to client needs.
Drive the opportunity end-to-end—from first conversation to closing deals and onboarding clients.
Maintain visibility on pipeline progress, deal stages, and quarterly revenue targets.
Stay actively aware of industry movements, campaigns, and brand activity to identify new entry points for collaboration.
Be a key voice at the table for how things get made, not just what gets made.

7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or client acquisition within advertising, marketing, media, or production.
Someone comfortable with daily outreach, networking, and initiating conversations with decision makers.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build trust and convert opportunities into partnerships.
