We’re hiring: Property Manager – Hammock Hostels, Jaipur

This isn’t a traditional property-management role.
At Hammock, the Property Manager acts as the General Manager of the hostel—taking complete ownership of hostel operations.

What you’ll own:
Daily hostel operations, cleanliness, maintenance and SOP compliance
Team leadership, training, scheduling and discipline
Guest experience, complaint resolution and review scores
Hostel activities, events, community and overall atmosphere
Occupancy, revenue, budgets, inventory and cost control
Tours, experiences, F&B; and other ancillary revenue
Property aesthetics and consistent representation of the Hammock brand
New ideas that improve operations, revenue and guest engagement

We’re looking for someone who:
Has experience in hospitality, hostels, hotels or property operations




Is comfortable leading a team and solving problems independently
Understands that guest experience is as important as operational efficiency
Has a robust commercial mindset and can work towards revenue targets
Enjoys engaging with travellers and creating memorable experiences
Is hands-on, disciplined, proactive and comfortable working in a dynamic environment

Location: Jaipur
Position: Full-time, in office
Remuneration: ₹2.5–3 lakh per annum, depending on experience
Additional benefit: Performance-linked quarterly incentives
