Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Proposal Writer role based in Srinagar. The Proposal Writer will develop, write, and edit proposals in response to RFPs and other solicitation documents, ensuring that content is accurate, compliant, and aligned with client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing RFPs, collaborating with subject matter experts, organizing proposal sections, and preparing clear,



persuasive technical and business narratives. The role also involves maintaining proposal templates and content libraries, standardizing language and messaging, and supporting proposal management activities such as schedules, checklists, and reviews. The Proposal Writer will work closely with the proposal management and business development teams to meet deadlines and improve win rates.
