As we grow, we're looking for an Operations Manager who can take end-to-end ownership of our day-to-day e-commerce operations and build systems that help us scale smoothly.

What you'll own
You'll be responsible for ensuring that everything after an order is placed—and much of what needs to happen before it—is running efficiently.
This includes order fulfilment, warehouse operations, logistics, NDR & RTO, returns, inventory coordination and operational reporting. You'll also manage and work closely with our Logistics & NDR and Purchase & Inventory teams.

Key Responsibilities




Own day-to-day D2C and marketplace operations, from order processing to successful delivery.
Manage and coordinate with the warehouse/fulfilment team to maintain dispatch timelines and order accuracy.
Monitor logistics performance across courier partners and aggregators.
Track and improve NDR, RTO and delivery performance.
Oversee returns, exchanges, lost/damaged shipments and other operational exceptions.
Build and monitor operational SOPs, trackers and dashboards.
Track inventory availability and coordinate with the purchase/inventory team to prevent stock-outs and operational bottlenecks.
Manage relationships and escalations with logistics and operational partners.
Identify recurring operational issues and solve them at the process level rather than case-by-case.
Track key operational metrics and share regular MIS/reporting with the management team.
Manage and mentor junior operations team members.
