Business Development Intern
Help us identify new business opportunities, engage with potential clients, and contribute to the company's growth initiatives.
Talent Acquisition Intern
Support our hiring team in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and building strong talent pipelines for technical and business roles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development
Research and identify potential clients across AI, Web3, Blockchain, and emerging technology domains.




Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through LinkedIn, email, and other outreach channels.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Generate qualified leads and maintain the sales pipeline.
Track daily activities and provide regular updates.
Support business growth initiatives and revenue generation.

Talent Acquisition
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, referrals, and job portals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Draft and post job openings across multiple hiring platforms.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Assist in onboarding and recruitment reporting.

WHO SHOULD APPLY ?
Final-year students or fresh graduates (MBA, BBA, B.Tech, HR, Marketing, or related fields).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable using Google Sheets, MS Excel, and AI tools
