Role Description The Inside Sales Representative role at PPStack is a full-time, remote position responsible for engaging prospective and existing customers, primarily via phone, email,
and digital channels. This role includes qualifying inbound and outbound leads, presenting PPStack’s learning and career solutions, and guiding potential customers through the sales process from initial contact to closing. The Inside Sales Representative will manage and grow assigned accounts, maintain accurate records in the CRM, and follow up consistently to ensure a smooth customer journey. Daily responsibilities include understanding customer needs, recommending suitable programs and services, coordinating with marketing and delivery teams, and supporting customer onboarding. The role also involves tracking performance against sales targets, contributing feedback to improve sales campaigns, and promoting a positive, customer-centric experience that supports PPStack’s mission.
