Role Summary:
We are seeking an Oracle Unity Developer with 3-4 years of experience in Customer Data Platform (CDP) implementations and customer data management. The candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and implementing Oracle Unity solutions, with a proven track record of delivering at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Unity implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement Oracle Unity CDP solutions based on business requirements.
• Configure customer data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, and audience activation.
• Integrate Oracle Unity with CRM, Marketing Automation, Data Warehouse, and third-party platforms.
• Develop and optimize customer segments, audiences, and personalized marketing use cases.
• Collaborate with business, marketing, and technical teams to gather requirements and provide solutions.
• Support testing, deployment, and post-production stabilization activities.
• Ensure data quality, governance,



and compliance standards are maintained.

Required Skills & Experience:
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in Oracle Marketing/Customer Experience technologies.
• Minimum 2 successful Oracle Unity implementation projects completed endto-end.
• Solid understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDP), customer profiling, identity resolution, and audience management. • Experience with data integrations, APIs, ETL processes, and cloud-based architectures.
• Knowledge of SQL and data analysis concepts.
• Familiarity with Oracle CX/Marketing products such as Eloqua, Responsys, or CX ecosystem is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Oracle Unity or Oracle CX certifications are an added advantage.
