Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Guwahati for a Valuation Associate. The responsibilities include conducting property valuations, performing site inspections, preparing valuation reports, and engaging in detailed financial analysis. The Valuation Associate will perform research to support the preparation of valuations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in interpreting financial and property data
Strong report writing and technical documentation skills
