Role Description This is a full-time, remote Relationship Manager role responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with merchants and partners using Getepay’s platform. The Relationship Manager will serve as a primary point of contact,



respond to inquiries, and ensure clients understand and effectively use Getepay’s solutions to optimize their digital payment and commerce operations. Daily activities include onboarding new merchants, guiding them through product features, monitoring account activity, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve usage, retention, and satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, gathering client feedback for product enhancements, and providing regular performance updates and recommendations to stakeholders. The Relationship Manager will also support business growth initiatives by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and participating in customer education, training, and outreach programs.
