? Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between Sales, Production and Stores to ensure timely execution of customer orders.
• Track order status, delivery commitments and pending orders.
• Follow up with concerned departments to ensure timely completion of customer requirements.
• Maintain sales and order follow-up reports for management.
• Support the sales team with documentation, quotation follow-up and order processing.
• Coordinate with customers regarding order status and requirements.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports and follow-up trackers.
• Highlight delays,



pending orders and critical issues to management.
• Ensure smooth communication and coordination between departments.

? Candidate Profile:

• 5–6 years of relevant experience in Sales Coordination / Operations Coordination or a similar role.
• Experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment preferred.
• Solid follow-up, coordination and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, WhatsApp and basic MIS reporting.
• Gujarati and Hindi communication skills preferred.
• Mature, responsible and proactive approach.
