Position Scope & Purpose
Responsible for maintaining the Stores & Warehouse and to facilitate development and implementation of positive stratergy to support Organisation growth plan.

Key Accountabilities/Essential Functions
Oversee and actively participate in daily warehouse operations while ensuring strict compliance with company policies, vision, and safety guidelines.
Devise and employ fruitful material sourcing strategies to meet operational requirements.
Design layouts, optimize space utilization, and recommend tool/equipment modifications to enhance workflow productivity.
Organize, maintain, and secure all inventory storage areas using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) practices to ensure proper stock rotation.
Manage the receipt, identification, quality assurance, and dispersal of all materials entering or leaving the warehouse.
Assist storekeepers directly with daily material handling, loading, assembly, and dispatch tasks.
Conduct physical periodic inventory audits and participate in monthly reconciliations to resolve stock differences.
Execute Just-In-Time (JIT) inventory planning to maintain minimal stock levels and optimize inventory turnover.
Monitor stock levels and initiate stock replenishment requests in a timely manner.
